As part of the official programme, Timothy Mudiayi Bukassa, Head of Global Strategic Communications at IFSJ, was invited to speak as a panelist, contributing a practitioner-oriented perspective on strategic communication, social media dynamics, and the shaping of public discourse in the digital age. The panel brought together academic experts, media professionals, and civil-society voices to discuss credibility, power, and responsibility in contemporary information environments.
