Building bridges between global institutions, civil society, and economic actors to support responsible and sustainable progress.

Our organization
The International Federation for Sustainability and Justice (IFSJ) is an independent, international non-governmental organization operating at the interface between global institutions, civil society, and economic actors.
IFSJ holds consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and engages in structured dialogue within the United Nations system on issues related to sustainable development, economic cooperation, and social responsibility.
Unlike single-issue organizations, IFSJ operates as a long-term institutional platform. It is designed to support dialogue, cooperation, and structured engagement across multiple economic and social priorities, rather than focusing on a single thematic or geographic mandate.
IFSJ is not built to solve one isolated problem. It is built to operate where issues are defined, debated, and translated into action — connecting institutional processes with real-world economic and societal realities.
Through its governance framework, expert networks, and international partnerships, the Federation contributes structured perspectives, continuity, and practical insight to multilateral processes. Its role is to facilitate informed exchange, enable cooperation, and support constructive participation across sectors and regions.
IFSJ’s work is guided by principles of professionalism, institutional integrity, and long-term responsibility within the global multilateral system.
